Having started my PWM career in 2007 as a paraplanner and supporting one of the members of the Board, I have been very privileged to develop my skill set over the last 13 years. My role is now focused primarily around the firm – who we are and what we do for our clients. Within this, I am responsible for the overall training and development programme for all the business support team, along with the initial training of new advisers.
My role focuses between both the operations of the firm and the compliance requirements and I act as a conduit between both, making sure that all systems and processes are understood and adhered to whilst helping those who are needing a little extra support.
Along with this, I also work on the development side of our investment proposition, making sure our teams are equipped with the necessary tools and understanding of what our proposition is and what is important for us and our clients: independence.
Away from the office, I like to spend time with my family. I have a wife and three young children that keep me on my toes, so never a dull moment!
