Firms are assessed using a point-scoring system seeking evidence of good use of technology, robust investment propositions, well-qualified staff, willingness to share best practice, client education, recruitment and contribution to professional standards, amongst other factors.
NMA highlighted our response to the pandemic as ‘impressive’ as we continued with events with clients and professional connections and developed paperless reviews. They noted our commitment to sustainability with the development of our PWM Green Matrix, which guides our clients through the sustainable investment maze while considering their ideal financial outcomes.
