Martin Hendry

Based in our Glasgow office and working with clients across the UK, I help individuals and families build financial plans that give them confidence in the decisions they make today and, in the years ahead. 

I’ve worked in the financial sector since 2011, following over six years in private-practice economic consulting and I bring that analytical background into the way I structure each plan.  

I work closely with other professionals and specialists to ensure each plan is comprehensive, practical, and aligned with your long-term objectives. I specialise in, tax efficient savings and investments, retirement planning, protection, Iinheritance Ttax mitigation and estate planning. I also work with businesses to optimise their benefits and protection for business owners. 

With BA (Hons), MSc, APFS and FPFS qualifications, in addition to Chartered Financial Planner status, I focus on making complex areas feel clear, manageable, and tailored to your unique circumstances. 

Outside of work, I am chair of the Central Scotland Personal Finance Society and Deputy President of the Insurance and Actuarial Society of Glasgow.  At the weekends I enjoy spending time with my young family which usually involves some sort of sport, as I’m also a qualified football and tennis coach.
