Catriona Reed

With over 20 years of experience in financial services, I have built a career focused on team leadership, adviser development, and client relationship management. I am passionate about supporting advisers at every stage of their careers, sharing knowledge and insights to help them grow and succeed. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing people develop and achieve their goals.

I spent much of my career at Seven Investment Management (7IM), starting on the discretionary team as a Relationship Manager advising high-net-worth clients. I then progressed to lead sales for all 7IM services across the North of England and Scotland and later headed the firm’s Private Client Team in London. These roles allowed me to work closely with financial planners and private clients, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Today, as a Business Partner at Partners Wealth Management, I work alongside the Managing Partner and leadership team to drive strategic developments across the advisory function. My focus includes adviser recruitment and progression, business development, and helping advisers strengthen client relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.

I am a Chartered Wealth Manager, Level 6 qualified, and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). I’m also proud to be a Partner at 7IM LLP.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about yoga and have been a qualified instructor since 2020. I enjoy spending time with my young family and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
