In the scenario provided, a British citizen living in the USA with his family had recently sold his UK property.  He wondered how he should efficiently invest the proceeds of the sale of his UK property sale and the options available in the UK. With the individual not keen on being an international landlord but wanting to keep investments outside the USA, Nathan outlined the key considerations given the clients’ US tax status and provided a summary of the investment options available if wanting to be tax efficient.
