Daniel Clarke, Partner, recently considered how commercial property as an asset class had fared since the pandemic began for Find a Wealth Manager’s Investment Bulletin (June edition).

Daniel reflected on how commercial property has responded since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Usually seen as one of the four main asset classes appropriate for a cautious or balanced investor, the last year has highlighted its greatest drawback; a lack of liquidity in traditional funds.  He also looked at how the sector might perform in the future and how a typical investor may want to consider their approach.
