PWM Cycle Challenge – 105 miles for our Charity of the Year

On 10th May, Matt, James, Ben, Mike, Paul, Richard & Graham, along with a few friends of PWM, Carl, Stewart and Ula, undertook the challenge to ride from Guilford to Brighton… and then back to London – a total of 105 miles! All in support of our charity of the year, Bart’s Violence Reduction Unit.

The route started off-road on the picturesque Downs Link, winding down to Brighton before re-joining the road, climbing over the South Downs, and then heading back towards London.

The ride was not without its tests, but the nine punctures and sore legs did little to dampen the spirits of the ten involved. Overall the ride was a roaring success, with the cyclists rolling back into London that evening for a well-earned celebration with other members of the firm.

To date, the cyclists have raised a total of £6,644 with the donations continuing to build on this. We would like to whole-heartedly thank those who have so generously supported the cyclists and the Violence Reduction Unit of Bart’s Charity.
