Culture change attracts top talent to Partners Wealth Management

We were delighted to be profiled recently by New Model Adviser. Our Managing Partner James Roberts, and Business Director Fiona Oliver were interviewed about the cultural changes within the firm.

Since the last profile in 2014, the big change has been to hire a professional business head for every department, such as compliance, finance, operations and marketing. This has deepened professionalism, improved client service and laid the foundations of growth.

‘We have brought in a full-time specialist – a business manager – to lead each department,’ says Managing Partner James Roberts. ‘It puts risk management in place and freed advisers to focus on clients – the result is growth has been fantastic.’
