Partner Hilary Schofield acknowledged in the 2019 Timewise Power 50 awards

We are delighted that our partner, Hilary Schofield, has been recognised as a ‘Power Returner’ in the Timewise Power 50 Awards 2019: a roll call of 50 powerful executives in the UK – who all happen to work part-time or flexibly.

Hilary’s award category acknowledges professionals who have returned from a career break of two years or more, into a senior role, on a part-time or flexible basis. After a successful career as a director in the food manufacturing sector, Hilary retrained as an independent financial planner following a break to raise her family.  Her dedication to her career led to her quickly achieving Fellowship of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

The 2019 Timewise Power 50 Awards have been compiled by the flexibility specialists Timewise, following a nationwide search. Co-founders Karen Mattison MBE and Emma Stewart MBE run the awards to champion modern day patterns of work, and role model trailblazing individuals and businesses that are forging the way for others and their employers.  The initiative has the backing of EY, Dixons Carphone, Lloyds Banking Group and Diageo.

We are very proud of Hilary for this achievement and believe that she sets a great example of what can be achieved when you think innovatively about work life balance.
