Do you yearn for freedom and flexibility, but know fundamentally you and your clients need the infrastructure of a well-established, independent firm? Many successful advisers harbour a desire and the entrepreneurial flair to take control of their own future, and free themselves from the limitations of employment. My aim is to help support new partners on the road to financial freedom and to help them engage in mutually rewarding long-term relationships, with both clients and the other businesses they engage with.
I’m delighted to have joined Partners Wealth Management as Recruitment and Development Director, where I can bring my experience of recruitment to bear. My ambitions are aligned with the firms in seeking out and supporting genuine, ambitious and client-centric advisers looking to become the very best Financial Planners they can be, utilising the outstanding proposition we have here.
For the last five years, I have thoroughly enjoyed working in Financial Planning Recruitment and have been successfully transforming the business numbers in the firms that I have worked with. My values have always been based on honesty, and integrity and am renowned in maintaining a positive and enthusiastic outlook for everything that I tackle.
I have over thirty years’ experience in the financial services industry, with the first twenty-five being in the corporate worlds of Nat West and Nationwide as a Regional Director and the early years at Lloyds Bank, where I started out as an office junior when I left school.
At home in Somerset, I am a proud husband and dad to teenage twins and a sheep farmer with a small flock of Jacob sheep. In my quiet time you will find me either attending to very needy ewes and their lambs, or acting as ‘Dad’s taxi’ around the county.
