Ben Dickson

Adviser

After graduating from the London School of Economics with a master’s degree in Economic History, I joined Partners Wealth Management (PWM) in 2019. My studies provided me with the foundations for analysing market trends and recognising the many events in recent history that have posed as a challenge to investors. My goal was to reach a position where I could help individuals with such challenges to achieve their financial objectives.

PWM provides me with the structure to be a truly independent financial planner which is crucial in an ever-changing world. No one investment manager has a monopoly on all the best ideas. Combining the PWM independent investment framework with my Chartered qualifications, enables me to provide clients with a bespoke service that tailors the planning to their individual needs and desires – there is no one-size-fits-all model.

My experience in the financial industry involves working in a team approach to assist a wide range of clients in attaining financial freedom, enabling them to spend more time focusing on what is important to them. Our Cashflow Modelling system is the cornerstone for clients’ planning to map out a financial projection across their lifetime, which is robustly assessed against many stress tests and reviewed regularly. In addition to our independent investment offering and general planning service, our Tax Optimisation Strategy and Private Office add to our comprehensive proposition and ensures my clients receive a market leading level of service.

Within PWM, I am involved with conducting research into a multitude of investments, such as structured products, AIM portfolios and Business Relief investments.

In my own time, I am an avid player and spectator of most sports, with a particular interest in those from America having in the past spent time living in Indiana, USA.
